Are trust account payments handled compliantly?

Yes. Our payment portal provider is fully compliant with IOLTA guidelines, the ABA Rules of Professional Conduct, and the regulations of all 50 state bar associations. Earned and unearned fees are completely separated at all times.

What is the payment experience like?

The process takes only a few clicks. You can submit a trust account payment via any major credit card or eCheck through a secure portal that works on any device. You will receive a confirmation upon submission.

What do I need to make a payment?

You will need your payment method and the amount you wish to add to your retainer. If you are unsure of your current trust account balance, please contact the office before submitting and we will provide that information.

Will I receive a receipt after paying?

Yes. Our payment portal provider generates a payment confirmation upon submission. If you do not receive a confirmation or have questions about a payment you have made, please contact the office directly.
